Is any minimum visa validity expected when applying from outside of home country?

I'm applying for Student Visa. Home country India. Country applying from UAE.

Is any minimum residence visa validity expected for the country applying from, in this case UAE residence visa? I've validity till April 2018. If I have to apply after UAE visa renewal, it will delay by 1 month. But, I don't know if this is important or not. There is an option to apply for Canada visa and submit the passport on approval for stamping. In the meanwhile I can renew the UAE visa. But, without know if there is any minimum period requirement, unable to decide. Anyone can share any links or other info related to this?

Is there any minimum period residence country visa validity needed? Like 3 mos or 6mos?

For student permit applying from UAE you do not submit your passport but the photocopies of whole passport, also for your residence visa you can submit any supporting document such as salary certificate or similar from school.

I'm indian citizen working in dubai. Recently changed my job and so my residence visa has not been stamped yet. I'm at present with employment visa stamped by immigration.
I'm applying for study permit please suggest can i apply with this employment visa or else can i apply from india online application?

Will applying from india as online application effect my visa approval?
