Is an outland file sent from Colombia, to Alberta a good sign?

Dear forum,,,like many " I hang" on this forum each day looking for any glimmer of hope. I applied outland sponsorship of my wife in Colombia,July 2008. AOR letter, Oct.28,2008. I just received my C.A.I.P.S. notes. Every area for a decision just has 0. But, I keep reading, " paper file sent to AB....File BF'D to; REV on 30-03-2009' I assume that means whole file sent to Alberta for a REVIEW on March,03,2009. Could someone pls. verify if this is correct, and would this be a "good" sign of something "immenent"? Thank you....what a ride ):

by the way, I live in B.C., so I suppose if needed, an interview with me would be closer in AB.

No, AB is an officers initials in the Bogota where the files and will be brought forward (out of the file room) for Review on 03/03/09.

thanx PMM, you have helped a lot of people on here. I guess,now, it is all a waiting game with no way of knowing anything more until we are contacted. From accounts on trackit, Half the cases through Bogota zipped through in around 6 months. A few others took just over a year. We are really hoping that we can share our first wedding aniversary together. After 10 months apart, I can share others loneliness here and hope for the best to all.
