Is an international student eligible for a tax return?

yes, room rental, ttc cards (if u have a legal job), school tuition fee.
 
How can I make a tax return ? And Can someone tell me what a tax credit is ? I have never done this before.

what? but the guy at the h&r block accepted it, i told him im renting a room in somebody's house. i even got the rental property form signed by my landlord.

go to H&R block, tell them you want to file for tax return, they will ask you if this is your first time, say yes, then the guy/lady will tell you what can be tax returned.

it costed me $50 for the service fee.

You won't file taxes for 2014 until early next year.

Has anyone tried filing taxes retroactively? :D Our school actually offers free tax filing services. But I didn't get to avail of it last year.
