Is 60000CAD is a fair/safe to get the VISA ?????

It will costs me around 25000 CAD per year(Tution+Accomodation+travel costs+others)....I am showing approx. 60000 CAD in my father's bank acc.Is 60000CAD is a fair/safe to get the VISA so that the VO cant tell that I have insufficient fund??!!! :-\
