Is 6 overall band with 5 in one module enough to get Visa for 1 year pg diploma?

It doesn't matter what the college requires, they do not give the visa. If you don't improve to all 6's you run the very big risk of another rejection on this alone.

Sir . When i applied i pay GIC and tution fees 3357cad to evergreen colg ... i show my and my brothers income tax returns... but i think agent didnt write a strong SOP of my profile

You don't know what your agent has put in your application? That is your big issue. It is your application so you should know 100% what is in the application. If you insist on using an agent, even though you are paying money for something you could do yourself, make sure you see all of the application before they send it.

Hi ... my name is rajwinder singh ... i got refusal from canada . With overall 6 bands .. L6 R6.5 S6 W5 . I refusal from embasy .. they give reson for rejection was low language ability and travel history and home ties with country ... but this time i got again 6 overall .. L7 R6 W5.5 S5.5 .... can i eligible for reapply for quebec (montreal) CDI college ... this time i want to pay full year fees and 10 lakh funds for show in account ... my profile is b.tech in computer IT .Passout in 2014 with 70% marks ... after that regular exp. But salary in cash ... plz help me ... because i m very afaird from again refusal ....

They don't specifically need consultants for a study visa. Very simple application. I would suggest they do the it again. 5.5 in a module is risky. The good colleges will not accept that. The sub-par ones probably will.

Yes you are right but their are many colleges and universities which are giving offer letter but i am not sure about visa.

An offer letter doesn't always translate into a Visa. I was suggesting any college taking 5.5 for writing may not be the best institution to be going to, as employers may not think the qualifications are the best.
