Buddy,

You can create your Express Entry profile at any time. There are points allocated for each item, i.e.:
Age
Study
English/French
Work Experience
LMIA/PNP

So, if you do not have 1 year worth of experience, its just that you wouldnt get points related to your work experience. But in the remaining fields, you still cab secure points, register yourself on the Job Bank and get in the pool. Later, once your 1 year finishes, you can update your work experience section, hence bumping up your score to the relevant mark.

Thanks and best of luck.

Please correct me if I am wrong here.

If I don't have job exp. (min. 1 yr), I can't create EE profile ?

and If I don't have EE profile : I can't have EE number and job bank activation code ?

So that means without 1 yr exp. I can't even create Job Bank account ?? :o
You can create profile whenever you want. But you won't get any code coz you will not meet any criteria.
So yeah the first step leads to the rest.
good luck.

Hi Friends,

Today I was able to get my PDF after 3 days of search by following the below steps which was too easy, just thought of sharing with you all.

Where can I find my Express Entry profile number and/or Job Seeker validation code?

You can find these numbers in a message on your MyCIC account. To find it:

Log into your MyCIC account,
Go to the heading called "View my submitted applications or profiles,"
Click on "Check status and messages,"
Scroll down to the table called “Correspondence,”
Click on the arrow in front of the message – it will open a drop-down menu with a link,
Click on the link to open the PDF message.

Thanks
