Is 30 hours per week considered a full time job under sinp

I have a job offer which is a CSR at a bank in Regina they guaranteed 30 per week then I checked on the Canadian experience class it says that 30 hours is considered a full time.

I want to know if any body knows or applied with 30 hours under sinp.

I am not happy about my employer. I work for BMO and they have told me that they dont support SINP program for immigration.. How come this is not true?? Can anyone tell me what you know about it? ANYONE WORKS FOR BMO??
