I don’t think conservatives will make much changes in economic immigration. if they emphasize it will be on refugees and asylum seekers problems. Moreover if they bring back 600 points for lmia even then as we all know how difficult it is to secure lmia

I don’t think any government will tie FSW with job offer because let’s face it Canada wants to bring foreigners because of its ageing population and not because they have a federal Skilled Worker shortage unlike in Australia and Newzeland where each person goes thru skill assessment to determine if he can economically establish himself in their countries before sending ITAs

Canada wants people true skilled on papers.. they are more tryin to fill mid levels of various labour interensic jobs... IT IS expanding but its very slow...govt u need live here atleas 2 years to get good positions because of security clearance and stuff...but noone can guess how changes can come.. we can only just hope for better eh

Conservatives aren’t against EE, they are the one who brought this system in the last year of government.
They emphasized too much on job offer supported by LMIA which liberals removed.

If these guys come back again in power they will definitely bring back the job offer requirements somehow
