Is 16 yrs education mandatory for MBA in canada?
does one yr distance learning diploma beneficial from iGNOU or PTU to fulfil 16 yrs requirment?

Bro, in Canada Post Graduat Diploma and MBA don't make any difference. Easy to find jobs after PGD. Search for a two years program to get 3 years work permit.you'll be ok.

Post graduate Diploma and MBA are same in Canada. Both 2 years.
