Is there anytone who recieved Immediate Roadside Prohibtion during work effect and recieved PR successfully?

You keep on reposting. What you should be doing is consulting with a lawyer. If you actually blew 0.52 that is more than a few beers and usually comes with criminal charges.

Hello,

0.52 is not criminal offence. Both Canada and states have legal limit 0.8. Even then, its totally upto the officer if he/she wants to screw your life by giving criminal charges. Anything between 0.05 and 0.08 is not offence but its like traffic violation in BC

My lawyer and ICBC already confirmed that this is not criminal charge and wont show up anywhere. I just reposting to see real recent example. I saw one thread where some guys confirming PR after IRP.

I think you took my 0.52 as more than 0.8. its like i blew 0.5 out of 0.8. cop confirmed this is not criminal but motor vehicle violation for sure.

If you blew .052 not .52 and it was a roadside prohibition with no criminal charges it should not affect a PR app.
