Did you try sending tickets in the email as well ? Also I read that sending multiple emails is going to delay the process.He got a response on the 1st of December. Although he missed his flight But now we booked another one. For our request processing, they took 16 working days, and on the 17th day, they sent us early morning. I think in your case you are still in the timeline they mentioned for processing so don't worry you will get that.
