I think they gradually started going back to work on June 22nd. However, I am not sure if the case processing officers for our files are back yet.

And they also asked me additional documents like schedule A, travel information, bank statement, medical again, pay stubs and some questions about development of relationships.
Its been 29 months for my file
File submitted 19 feb 2018
Spouse added 6 june 2019
Daughter file documents received on 8 july 2020
And next day i got medical

Hey, hope you get good news soon, Just wondering to ask 19 Feb, 2018 Was your file received or it was AOR. Because my timelines are almost same as yours. My file received on 8th Feb,2018 and AOR on 14th March 2018. I didnt hear anything yet.

I ask an update about my file (the last time i email them was 6months ago)and my papers was in their office since last june 2019
And the officer said in the reply “please don’t sent same request coz it will slow down the processing”

What i was thinking if we all or most of us live in winnipeg then we should try to reach out winnipeg mayor and see if we can get any help to process our files.
i have tried twice with my local MP, but didn’t get any helpful answer.
