I got COPR today. 6/11/2018 recieved. But it looks I still have to send my photo to them to get Permanent residency card(The letter said that.I am Permanent residency now but still have to send the photo to them. But because of COVID, they gonna give one year for sending it.). Is there anyone know about this?

Because of COVID-19, they sent the mail to explain about I became already Permanent residency holder without the process like interview or re-entering.
I am done for this long process. I hope you guys get your own as soon as possible.Thank you
