Hello I submitted my updated sop via webform but I selected replacement documents, amendments to documents and verification of documents section as there was no option for study permit. In how much time I can expect it get updated in my portal as I haven't received any kind of acknowledgement from them.

There is study permit option under temporary residence. And IRCC does not acknowledge mesages sent through webforms.

What option did you select when going through the webform and in how much time did you receive your acknowledgement

I selected study permit and got acknowledgement after 5 working days

And in how much time did the document reflected in your portal. Should I upload the document again through study permit section or I'm good sorry but I'm really scared right now.

It depends on the embassy to acknowledge webform inquiries. Some will do and the others will not. As long as you have submitted info to correct embassy, you are good to go.

There was no option to select the embassy since I applied online. I only selected the option and entered my credentials

Yeah, it's fine. Since the # of inquiries in recent weeks must be overwhelming, they may or may not acknowledge. This has happened in the past as well.

They don't request. Just send them the documents.

And no, they don't acknowledge webforms. I sent one before lockdown and I got reply for that after 2 months. Don't expect any replies from them during this period.
