i am submitting doc for my dependent living back home , what option i can select

I'm the principal applicant
I'm a representative
I'm writing on behalf of the principal applicant

and on second option what i can select

What application did you submit?

I would select 'im a representative' and the second option depends on what application you submitted? asylum, PR etc.

If you select "I'm a representative", you will need to attach a form of representative IMM 5476.

Select a principal applicant and just submit the documents.
