No. I have not tried to contact them. Etobicoke is really slow issuing an eCoPR through the portal. Plus, everyone is in the holiday mood in December so I would not expect any progress until the week of January 4th.
@Fair_Enough Did you hear back from them on your portal id details? Looks like mine is same case as yours. I have provided them my details on 18th Dec the same day when I got the email asking for email ids. We are 4 members. Initially i had provided same email id for 2 of my dependent sons and realized the error on Saturday post which I have sent them another email correcting the emails ids and provided unique email ids. I haven't heard back since then. They were coming back from holidays on 29th. Google shows Etobicoke office shows its working.
Anyways let me know whenever you receive your portal details.
As I mentioned above, here is my timeline.
IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal email received - November 28 (Etobicoke )
IRCC Portal profile created, address confirmed, photo uploaded - December 4
I have not heard anything further since December 4. I will keep you updated with my eCoPR.

- Dec 4: New credentials for PR Confirmation Portal (They gave me the account to log in, I confirmed my Canadian address and uploaded my picture for PR card)
- Dec 8: Officially a PR, got my eCOPR uploaded on the Portal

I am also a single applicant. What is your AOR? It might be depending on the AOR date. Mine is April 30.Anyway, It would be a nice gift if I could get it before the new year.

Same here! I sent all details on December 23rd and since then, waiting!
Yeah. Almost same timelines and same situation. Are you one member on the PR or more than 1. Not sure if that has to do anything with how quickly they respond. Was there any particular format in which the response was expected. I mean they asked us to provide one client per line.
Anyways do keep me posted and viceversa as soon as you hear back @svb92 from IRCC on the portal details.
