It seems that the NS Sydney office is still closed and keep working from home.Thus,we must wait for them without deadlines.It is frustrated.

I’ve been waiting for them to scan and upload my document that I had sent to their office for almost 5 months...
Sigh, I’m so afraid that I am not able to get my PR now.
I sent my Ph.D. stream application documents for Sydney Office on the B1P5Z2 address (using carrier), and I see it was received without a signature on July 15th. Still, I haven't got any file number or email. Do you have news about the Sydney office? Is that normal for two months to wait? I filled a webform, and they told me that my files are not in their system yet.
Same things happen to me also...I already sent in August and ask them but they told that file will be shown once they open and start process on it....
I think we should write to immigration office that weather they start process later but they should just give something proof that courier is received by them.
I think Sydney Office is not open, and our packages are in mailbox. I searched for a telephone number for the Sydney Office, but I couldn't find any. Do you know their number to call and ask?

As per my knowledge there is no number for international applicant. You have to send enquiry through web form only...but answer will be the same....once they open our application cover and enter our data in system then only we may able to know our status.
