Hi ! The IRCC sent a email to my wife asking her for the valid copy of the CSQ. Do we just reply to their email with the pdf of the CSQ? Btw the CSQ was approved this email came after thank you please help !!

the clear answer would be yes, but my question is doesnt the letter ask you to send the CSQ to a specific email address ?
No there is no specific email adress written and the email she got it doesnt say "Do not reply" so im guessing we have to just reply? The email they sent us was from canada-immigration@international.gc.ca

So youre saying its better if I send it to them through IRCC web form ? Because on the email my wife got she forwarded to me and it doesnt say anything just that she has to send a valid copy of the CSQ. Also is it okay if she replies to the email or it has to be through the IRCC web form?

wanted to make sure ,to send you the proper information from IRCC ,this way you are 100% sure .
Just to be clear if the email DOESNT say DO NOT REPLY does it mean i can reply to their email with a PDF of my CSQ? Secondly on the webform is it possible to submit the CSQ ?
