IRCC sent a physical (post) mail letter after PR approval

Hello guys,

upon calling IRCC on the 10th of Feb, it seems that my PR application was approved on the 8th of feb; however, I didnt receive any emails or messages in my CIC account. I then wrote a webform and they told me that a letter was sent to me on the 8th of feb (i am guessing after the approval). Has anyone faced this? I thought that after approval its PPR email?

My VO: CPC edmonton
CEC Inland (currently in Vancouver)
 
That seems pretty strange. Was your original application paper?
 
Check your email including your spam folder. I didn't get an email through my account but directly from the IRCC office where I'll have the interview at.
If not just fill a WebForm and request for such letter that you never received

I have checked my junk mail nad spam mail and havent received anything.
