You didn't have to justify it (e.g. international travel)?

Not really, I just told my agent the reason (for schools) and she just agreed. No proof needed in my case. However this really varies on your agent, and what they think. My situation is NOT representative.

Yes. It said in the email to change it to my last name and application number.

I received Oath Ceremony date today. It's in August end.

Initial schedule was end of August and it was rescheduled to July..

I think they mistakenly scheduled me twice..
