No one knows for sure who will be selected for the interview. It used to be the norm - everybody had to do it before COVID. Right now it's more or less a guessing game, for Scarborough the chance of getting an interview is very high, other offices seem a bit less likely though the possibility is increasing (there are increasing amount of people reporting getting interviews from other offices).
I am just guessing that people with different ways of proving their English skills have been called for interviews (mostly, not always). Also in my experience, people are called for interview within 2 to 2.5 months after taking their test. But its IRCC, who knows :')
How did you receive the oath instructions? Was it physical mail or email? Was it vertual online or in person? How many days before oath did you get the instructions? I have my oath on june 2nd, but haven’t received the instructions yet, hope you can help.
