Quick update: Someone from MP office just called, and said they verified from IRCC as my file is routine and is waiting for test to be scheduled. They can not give an timeline because of COVID-19 delays.

I got an invite for the test 2 days after receiving email requesting scan of the passport and I94 logs.

Does anyone know how long the criminality check takes after the interview? I had my test on Feb 17 and my interview on Mar 13 but the status still shows in progress. I called IRCC they said my criminality check was expired and they are waiting for that to come. The agent did not give me a timeframe.

You can get the fingerprints done on your own. Just use the last fingerprint letter you received. There is no date on that.

Oath Invite received : 22nd March 2021
Video Oath Date : 30th March 2021

If you were requested for FP, it would take around 3 weeks (many reported here). If not, it would take virtually no time.

If you have done fingerprints then it take 2 weeks to get results to IRCC.

If you have not received fingerprints request from IRCC, then ask them to send it over so you can do fingerprints.

Mine is with a federal agency. I attached letter from hr stating citizenship requirement and that I met min requirement, as well as their invitation for next steps evaluation for the role. I scaled it and have just finished interviewing for d role. I’ve shared with them my oath invite as proof of getting citizenship soon. Hope that helps.

i was requested and i sent it on Mar 25 through RCMP accredited agency. Should i follow up with IRCC in a week?
