Call 1-888-242-2100 and select option 2 (no UCI number), then proceed to choose 3, 4, 1, 0 options. If the line is free, you will get connected to an agent after some wait. If agents are busy, you have to try the steps and options again to connect to the agent. Once connected, ask if there is any update in file notes by the agents. Good luck!

This does not work, the agent put me back in the queue because it was not a correct option.
that's strange, i use the same options, all the time and get connected. You could try your own way and check with the agent.
