It has nothing to do with test window. It's random, as in whenever the officer gets to it.

I dont understand one thing, What different are you going to do in that separate group/chat? Everyone here has to wait till their files get picked up by the respective officer which is completely in random order. So by having another chat just for LPP, you will just have one more place to go and see others status getting changed and feel sorry for yourself. So relax and wait for your turn.
