Morning all..my tracker says lpp is in progress..when I called ircc the agent said it’s not started..I am confused..which one is correct? Anybody had a similar experience?

Which number did you use to call? I am trying to call 1-888-242-2000, but this number also gives me busy tone.

Usually same day, or they'll ask for more documents on the same day.

My LPP is in Progress since my test was marked completed on Feb 2nd. However my ATIP notes from July 13th says all three are 'Not Started'. For us, it will be marked to Completed from In progress (what we see currently). Looks like they have some steps in between that we have no visibility to.
