Does SCR office expedite certificate or can we pickup?

My LPP still in process but have travel plans in July and asking in case I get oath between now and my travel date

Guys, help me out here please. Since I got the oath date from the SCR office through email but the tracker still says "Ceremony not started" should I email the officer back asking for this? Been trying to call IRCC for almost a week and whether that be 8 in the morning or right an hour before their call centre closes, it's the same freakin thing "Can't connect you at the moment"

You should trust the email IMO, and the tracker updates take a couple of days anyway to come through - still there's not harm in confirming over the phone etc as long as they dont confuse you any further lol

I am the one who for sure needs something like that email when the the agent is stating "trying..."

Lol. I think it's because they can't give confirmed answers. But if that person is coming up that date, I am sure he must have seen something on their end that is why he mentioned that date. Otherwise he would have not given you any but just would have stick to " trying to schedule"

I think you can have it expedited but you would have to mention that to the officer during the oath ceremony so they can make a note of it. Mississauga do offer pick up option, not sure of SCR.

Omg!! Phone is so busy. I have been trying them for past 5 days now at different timings, no luck? Do you suggest a specific time when I can get a hold of them?

I got my virtual oath tomorrow and will be taking it at my local library. There isn't a plain background behind the computer and there will be people passing behind me. Does this matter?

Aren’t libraries supposed to be silent spaces? Might be difficult to clearly articulate oath and anthem.

Hi All,
I am an August 2022 applicant, I gave the test in February and never got any status updated for test or anything else. Customer care tells my test is invalidated however; they don’t know when it would be scheduled..
Anyone with similar situation of test being invalidated..
