The way online vs paper applications have Oath's scheduled is different. I saw a reddit thread about it, let me see if I can find it....what I recall, Oath for online applications is quicker and easier to schedule vs paper applications go through a separate queue.

your tracker should get updated soon, maybe this week/next week and you will get the email with the details
