IRCC Scarborough Applicants - Online Test/Interview/DM/Oath

Can't say but scarborough office sent an email to me on Saturday today at 10.00 Am
Hi guys I had my oath ceremony on the 17 of August. I sent in my signed oath form right after the ceremony. It’s Saturday August the 20th now and still the tracker says in progress. I sent in my e-signed oath form right after the ceremony. I made sure to take a picture of my signature and attach the sig on the form as per the instructions. I also made sure to include my family name my file number and officer name in the subject. In the body of the email I put my full name uci file number and officer first name. As a follow up I forwarded the same email containing oath form on Friday the 19th and said I was writing to confirm if my oath form was received as I noticed my tracker hadn’t updated so I just wanted to check. I made sure to include my full name file number and officers name along with initials in the subject and made sure the initial oath form was included as an attachment.
Am I doing any of these steps incorrectly. How come my tracker hasn’t yet updated while others from Scarborough get updated to complete status the following day

Take a deep breath and please stop spamming. It hasn’t even been a full week yet. It’ll all work out.

I think they will reject your application with reason be The World's Biggest Spammer!
In the subject line of your email, include: “Oath form for [Date and time as indicate on top of notice], [Clerks Initials]”.
I sent the form in right after the oath. With the above mentioned info in the subject line. I then sent a follow up two days after
Just called the call centre they said they don’t see anything indicating that my oath form has been received and I should wait for another 2-3 days.
August 17th was my oath. I don’t know if there’s anyone else here from Scarborough office that was ever delayed after oath form. From all the reports here I see the tracker usually updates the next day. Don’t know what to do

What does your citizenship ceremony status show? Completed or in process?
I actually have some hope now because I saw one member in the June 2021 thread from Scarborough office that said their oath was 8th August but their tracker got closed on 11th. That means that Scarborough office isn’t exclusively changing tracker to closed after one business day as I had previously thought. (Which is why I was worried before)
That's interesting! If the oath ceremony happens in person, do you get your citizenship certificate right away on the spot? Or do they still need to mail it to you?
Btw. when you say mailboxes, are you referring to a physical letter in the mail or an e-mail invite?
Physical mailbox where you get paper letters. My invitation says the certificates will be handed on the same day in person.
I wish everyone who is now taking the Oath has the same luck as yours, in person ceremony
That's amazing! Would make the process easier and faster, and less room for error! Hope I get a physical ceremony invite as well!
