That’s the email for the oath scheduling department. They won’t help you unless a decision has been made on your case.

I’m not comfortable emailing the oath scheduling department directly( I’m paranoid ) should I reply to the email the test invite came from and request being scheduled for the oath? I can tell them all sections on my tracker are complete since June 9th except for citizenship ceremony.

Btw I did the same and they promptly scheduled my oath- the SCR office is incredibly responsive.

I’m just paranoid if they don’t reply or if nothing happens as a result of me emailing I’ll just worry more lol I’m gonna give it another week or so before reaching out. How did you phrase the email? I’m thinking of keeping it simple (replying directly to the test request email)and being like “requesting to be scheduled for an oath ceremony if all else is complete on my application”

Submitted Online Application- June 15th 2021

AOR Received- September 16th 2021

Background Verification Completed- Feb 9th 2022

Test Invite- Feb 18th- March 10th 2022

Test Taken- March 8th 2022

Citizenship Test Completed- March 30th 2022

Language skills/Physical Presence Completed- June 21st 2022

Prohibition Completed- July 4th 2022

Citizenship Ceremony- Not Started

I got my email exactly 7 days before the oath ceremony, but it can vary based on reports here.

Keep it simple and direct. They’re immediate to respond.

All citizenship certificates received today AM- there ends our relationship with the IRCC organization. Blessings and prayers to those in waiting and those already Canadians !

Update : After a long silence since 26 Jan 2022 since the passed test. Today Old e-cas shows the decision made. The new tracker shows completed all except Citizenship ceremony --> Not started.
