I have been waiting since Feb, and others have been waiting since December for next steps. It’s anyone’s guess at this point

There are people waiting since November as well and IRCC is testing their patience level.

I did test in july 2021 and still waiting for decision made and ceremony

It is still "in progress" for me.

Mine took almost a week. Oath ceremony in April 19, everything marked complete April 25. Still waiting for certificate.

I sent them email with the signed copy. I did not receive any acknowledgement email.

Was it same with you as well?

For the oath form you mean? I specifically ask for confirmation of receipt and they responded within half an hour that they received it.

If so, I will not be worried. The person who checked me in told me she will let me know if something is wrong with my document.

PS: I am a believer of "no news is good news" idea.
