You must be checking it again and again and I think they have blocked you.
I've just completed the virtual oath today and would like to share my timeline. For the ones who have waited long time, i'd say keep calm, it could be just how things go. I was not in a rush, and didn't push them at all.
New applicants seem get processed faster, the covid era backlog ones move a bit slower.

Application Sent: Nov 1st, 2019
Application Delivered: Nov 4th, 2019
AOR: January 30, 2020
Virtual Test Invitation 03/05/2021 (I declined and requested an in-person test)
In-person Test [SCR] 04/25/2022 (I asked the staff in person whether I need to wait more than 6 months for the ceremony, they said 'no'.)
Decision Made (All completed) 04/26/2022
Oath: In Progress 01/10/2023
Oath email with link received: 02/02/2023
Online Oath Done: 02/16/2023

Hi guys i want update my status and finally i got citizenship certificate today
Today i had interview and after interview officer asked my do you want become Canadian citizen today while they didn't have public ceremony. I was so happy and i said yes of course. Than after 10 minutes like VIP i was only one in ceremony and i got my citizenship certificate.
But let me tell you guys i am applicant March 2019 that s why when officer saw my application he invited me for ceremony.
I hope everyone get citizenship and your dream come ture.
