After a long wait.. I finally got my Oath ceremony date schedule for April 20

Here is my timeline
Location: Scarborough
App Received : Oct 15, 2019
Test Invite Date :Jan 27, 2021
Test Taken on : Jan 29, 2021
Interview Schedule Email: Feb 18 ,2021
Interview Date : March 04, 2021
DM: March 05 ,2021
Oath Leter: April 12, 2021 (9:49am)
Oath ceremony Date: April 20, 2021

I wonder how this would affect people waiting for Oath invites.. would IRCC move resources away from citizenship apps towards PR/ other urgent family reunification apps?

No I think this is just for document requests. They will no longer give extra time to obtain required documents for applications and I think that's it.

Still waiting ..... anyone in Mississauga with DM in March got oath letter please chime in. It seems that Mississauga doesn't do interviews at all, but they are also quite slow on oath invitations.

Hey guys, if there's no interview after passing the test does it mean it is non-routine and take longer to process?? My wife is DM since early March but she never had an interview, it's mississauga office.

No interview = decision made = it's done. Just waiting for oath then, which is another story.

Not everyone gets selected for interview, so in your wife's case, next step is oath invitation!

Thanks for the encouragement my friend. She passed the test on Feb 26 and few days later in early March got DM.
But I’ve been having panic attacks each time I saw post about people getting long wait after DM or asked to redo fingerprints ... I sincerely hope everyone who got March DM in Mississauga have a quick oath invite in the coming weeks.

I tried calling IRCC yesterday and they were not accepting calls, called today requested cal back and they didn't call me. I called again and they were not accepting calls for the agents.

With this situation, I am heading into "email follow up" stage with the officer who interviewed me after the next week. My target email follow up date is 26 April.

@BadGamer6 : See above. Scarborough is lining up for the next ceremony on 20 April. Ideally, they should be sending invites within this week for 20th April ceremony. So let's see how many of us would get it.

There should be something going out for today and tomorrow, normally they send invites a week away, maybe 5 days at the latest. Let's see if there's any news.
