IRCC Scarborough Applicants - Online Test/Interview/DM/Oath

Hello Folks,

I emailed SCR office yesterday and so far no reply. Seems my email is ignored.

I have been waiting for oath since 1st Dec 2021 and my PR is expiring by 3rd week of Aug. Got ghost update on 6th April and no change on my application. All completed waiting for the oath.
Shall I go ahead and renew my PR or wait?. Got travel plan too. I am confused

Wait till Tuesday. Yesterday was holiday & it's weekend. If they take any action on Monday, it will be visible on portal on Tuesday.

So i sent email to IRCC.DNCitSCRScheduling-ConvocationSCRCitRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca , they replyed within 10 min stating that my inquiry has been forwarded to the responsible unit for their action.

next day i received the email from IRCC.DNSCRCitizenshipCeremony-CeremonieCitoyenneteSCRRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca on the same email chain stating that i have been scheduled for my Oath .

Note- when i sent email directly to IRCC.DNSCRCitizenshipCeremony-CeremonieCitoyenneteSCRRN.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and they replyed that all ceremonies booked till april 31st

Hello guys, I passed my test in Jan 2022 and got Passport request not too long ago, and now I have received an interview with official and verification of identity, Have anyone had that interview before? can you please share with me? what did they ask you in your interview and what to prepare for it?

It is no big deal, and there is nothing to prepare. They will ask to see original passport. If there is anything that looks odd about travel dates, they will also ask about that. My interview took about 6 minutes.

Did you had all other checks completed before sending email ? e.g. Lang/Prohibition etc ?

Still I did not get any reply after sending the mail. I have a question, my application is still reflecting in progress although all steps are completed in green except the oath. When it will change to DM ?

It will stay In Progress until they send you the citizenship certificate and close the application.
