I had been invited for March 9th, 2021 oath. Just got a call from the IRCC + and email: March 9th oath ceremony has been canceled due to IT issues (they were very clear that it has nothing to do with the application and were very sorry). They said no oath ceremony should happen (in Scarborough, I assume) until March 31, so they said I should be re-scheduled for April, 2021 and to wait for a new e-mail.

I think IRCC is testing how candidates react by pranking candidates after long waits

Etobicoke does not handle citizenship applications. So it's either Scarborough or Mississauga. Did you receive any communications from the office? Test invitations or so? You can tell from the email address they sent the request/invitation from.

It could be both. I've seen people from downtown Toronto to be processed at both offices.
