Applied at the Toronto office - 74 Victoria street. And yes, i applied for express ($50 extra). it was worth it - saves the hassle of having to mail in your original citizenship certificate and then hoping it gets returned safely..

I sent an email to the email someone gave for Scarborough office. They replied saying it’s not the correct inbox and they forwarded my email to the correspondence team. Not sure what it means. And the bottom said IRCC citizenship Team

Most Scarborough applicants are scheduled oath in Feb 2022 at this time. Good to see they are still scheduling people in near dates
