Not everyone gets the PP request so just wait to be asked. Also it needs to be sent by post to Scarborough office.
Meanwhile you can get started on the stamp translation in the event you get asked.

Depending on the language to be translated from, you can choose to get it done by independent certified translators or one of the many services out there. To name a few;

Please send them an updated copy of the passport with a certified copy of the translated stamps, also I would accompany with a Letter of Explanation as to why you are re-sending the documents.

The numbers don’t matter, the rest of the text needs to be translated by a certified translator. They will translate everything on the stamp.

Just a question I had for the passport request. Is there some kind of update which happens on the admin dashboard. I actually received my test email in spam but just wanted to make sure I have not missed the email for passport request. Does everyone receive the request for passport copies ?

No. Everyone does not recieve it.. sometimes, different members within the same family who applied together don't receive it

I just checked the tracker & its been updated today (Oct 18th) with test invite. The window is Oct 21-Nov7th. I think this is due to the Urgent Processing request I sent them on October 8th. My office is Scarborough.
AOR Aug 17th, Background already completed on Oct 4th.

I have the same time slot for test, only my update came last Sunday. Non urgent application, BG completed August 22. Lets see how long it takes to set everything to complete and DM. Good luck

I did my test on aug 27 still no update. Don’t expect too much, we are in canada probably the slowest first world country

• Application Sent: Aug 20, 2020
• Application sent back not completed: Dec 24, 2020
• Application Sent back Jan, 05 2021
• AOR: March 25, 2021
• Background Verification: April 27, 2021
• Scheduled for citizenship test: Aug 1, 2021
• Citizenship test completed: Aug 15, 2021
• sent pp copies Sept 30
• I did not anything yet and I did not translate some stamps

Hi, how long will take to get confirmation or get back from them when we send our PP copies? I sent it by mail.
