Just you will get it by Monday Tuesday or Wednesday max. My agent emailed me one week before the oath and she sent me a reminder email one day before the oath. Don’t worry you will be fine keep checking your mailbox and junk box also…. Good luck

Have a question - I saw a bunch of people were not sure where to get "Paper File Number" and "Seat Number". Did you have such a problem? If so can you tell how you resolved it? Or it was already prepopulated within oath invite email?

Hello! What are "Paper File Number" and "Seat Number?" I have never heard of these terms before. Got done with my oath on August 31 but never encountered these terms throughout the process.

I read through this forum and on facebook groups that people are worried that for some of them there is Paper File number and Seat number are filled in within Oath invite email and for some are not so people didn't know where to get them from.

So both numbers are on the form you sign during the oath.
So for Missisuaga office they are pre-filled. I am not sure about Scarborough office. Do you remember whether you had them prefilled in your Oath invite email / the form you signed during the oath?
All the trackers are based on month and year of application, not the office.
We can enable a filter on the tracker sheet, and select only the cities belong to Scarborough office : I select the following cities : Ajex, Markham, Scarborough, North York, Richmand hill, Oshowa, Whitby, Pickering... hope these are the ones.
So I think the Paper File Number you are talking about is the Application Number. I think it starts with C00...
I have no idea about the Seat number. I know that when you are in the Zoom meeting, they assign you a number depending on when you show up in the meeting. It's random so I don't think anyone knows what that is beforehand. Unless I am wrong and this is something new. I did not need any Seat number on August 31, 2021 when I took my oath online.
Do we have 2 or 3 processing offices in GTA (Scarborough,Mississauga and Etobicoke) ?
Your application number is also your file number. Do not have worry about number. Sign oath form with full name,application and file number along with date and email as pdf file after ceremony
How many 2020 applicants from Scarborough are still waiting for test invite? Please share. Thanks
