Please has anyone encounter this before:I was refused in April 2024, and applied for reconsideration on 30th April.Hence on June 5th,I enquired about the reconsideration.Then,IRCC came up on 1st of August with a mail to request for my passport biodata page and my current email address,does it mean that my study permit application has been reopened,and does it have a chance of being approved

@Wahh it was denied under this circumstances:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/
section-216.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel
for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
