IRCC requested police certificate but I did not leave Canada

Hi everyone.

I submitted my Express Entry application (FSW inland) on September 19, 2020.
On July 21,2022, I received an ADR asking for

1. Schedule A
2. An updated police certificate from every country you have spent 6+ months in since 2020/09/19 (except Canada).

I have not left Canada since 2018. So, I cannot provide this document. But there is nowhere to upload an LOE. When I click on Upload File for Police Certificate, I can just type in the document name, document number, country or territory of issue, issue date, and expiry date.
What should I do?

How about before 2018? They want the PCC from your home country as well. Also Canada's since you have been living here for more than 6 months as well.

I have already uploaded the police certificate from my home country.
And in the letter, they clearly mentioned any country you have lived in for more than 6 months since 19/09/2020 "except Canada." This is the exact sentence.

A new one, since they want updated one? You are not the only one asked for it, most of the people get asked for the new PCC even though they had not left Canada. Since they want to double check since the time you have left your home country nobody had raised a legal thing about you. So since they asked you have to provide one, if you want to submit LOE you can submit it but it will only delay your case and the result will most likely be they will ask you for one. But I don't think the wait to get your file being processed is worth it, but rest is entirely your wish.

But they did not ask for PCC from countries I have been to before September 2020.
And I haven't traveled back home since the last time I got PCC, even for one day.

Send a webform inquiring on what you should provide and explaining your situation.

You don't usually provide a police certificate for Canada because they can do their own checks through the RCMP.

I sent a webform but the processing takes time and I'm confused. Should I get another pcc from my home country? I have not travelled back home in the last 5 years
