She lied about not knowing where you are.

You need a lawyer to advise you even if they cannot come with you. Your situation is beyond anything anyone on this forum can help you with.

Thank you for your responses and I do really appreciate everything again I’ve never committed a crime here but I’ve been reporting until I was giving directions to leave and I didn’t show up and I will get a lawyer

This isn’t about criminal activity you are in Canada illegally and appear to have tried to secure status through relationships only after being denied protected person status.

Except when CBSA showed up and then she gave them the opportunity to question your spousal application! Good job at sabotaging your own application.

The damage was long done. CBSA probably had a fair idea of what was going on as knocking at door is the last resort in immigration enforcement actions.
