Hai Deepika, have you solved it? I have the same issue if it is solved pleas let me know howMe and my husband submitted the Canada visa application as a family.
My husband received his UCI and biometrics letter.
But with my application it is showing Sorry, a system operation failed. Please try again later.
Request failed. Please try again later.
Can anyone suggest how to sort this issue?
Nothing yet guys. Will update you if anything.I am also facing the same issue, it's been more than 1 week and still the same error. Submitted a web form but it just sent an automated e-mail nothing else.

Creating two profile is risky. U have to withdraw 1.I have the same issue, anyone tried to reapply?

When i call IRCC they seem to be clueless about my application even though i provide them with application no.
what i suggest you guys go to feedback section then select complaint and then write about the e-application glitch i did the same.

Abu Dhabi UAE, you can fill a webform directly to manila office, i did the same here filled webform by google specific search "webform abu dhabi" and found the link. you can try the same. may beSame here! If you don’t mind wc country is the applicant? I call IRCC again they just told me to called manila immigration they can fix it thats what they told me
