IRCC portal not showing detailed error

TLDR : I am trying to apply Visitor visa online through IRCC portal. After entering my work and education history for past 10 years without any gaps, i am still not able to move forward. There are many people affected by the same bug(or feature who knows). Tried raising case with IRCC, no email recevied for case ticket.

Detailed Version :

- Applying Visitor Visa through IRCC.
- Inserting below deatails
Education :
2019-09 to 2021-04
2012-08 to 2016-07

Work :
2021-04 - Ongoing
2019-03 to 2019-08
2016-08 to 2019-03

- It does say

Error: - Unknown Error occurred.

What i have tried So far ?
- Marked my b.tech education as "Unemployed" under work, but didn't work.
- I submited a web-form on IRCC site but it didn't give me any ticket reference to track.
- More than 10 combinations of specifying my åccurate info as-is on portal, but none worked.


Help Needed
- Is there any better way to contact IRCC ?
- is it wise idea to put my education timeline as "Unemployed" in work history section. That seems to be unblocking me. But i don't know i should file Letter of Explnataion about it or not ?

Yes.

You must provide 10 years of work history. Show aw unemployed if you did not work(including education even though its in separate sections)

Your education history must be continuous. Let's say you had gap between bachelors and masters, then add N/A entry for that gap in between.
