Dear friends, IRCC account is not working for me even I tried several browsers.
My question is that similar issue for anyone?

It works for me but I cannot upload pdf documents. I don't know what to do. any help will be much appreciated.

Ircc portal-hi I am trying to submit an online applocation and I am in the step of ready to pay save and continue but if i click that it go back to the previous page of choosing a principal applicant it doesn’t say any erro though.What could be the problem here?

Same here, but now resolved; Just downloaded google chrome and it worked there. I have seen my messages and responded immediately, DONE

Hi All,

I am using IRCC Portal(https://portal-portail.apps.cic.gc.ca/signin?lang=en) for filing visiting visa. When I logged in today, I got this error - "User information could not be found. Please try again later.". I tried different browsers and cleared the cache but no luck yet.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
