Hi All,

I am using IRCC Portal (https://portal-portail.apps.cic.gc.ca/signin?lang=en) for filing visiting visa. When I logged in today, I got this error - "User information could not be found. Please try again later.". I tried different browsers and cleared the cache but no luck yet.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

Login Error Message:
There were issues submitting your form.
  • User information could not be found. Please try again later.

Its not working for anyone right now, as the website is down right now.

Not working for me as well. Getting the same error. However, got an email from IRCC that you have a new message on your application. Has anyone got the same ? Would it be a glitch?

same issue with me as well. i got email 1st from ircc when tried to login can't

Yes to me also. Looks like portal is down.

Did anyone call IRCC to enquire about this IRCC portal down issue? I tried to contact (1-888-242-2100) them today at 8AM EST, but I couldn't connect with them yet.
