So u received Permanent Residence Confirmation email to complete virtual landing but we r now outside Canada without a visa? M I right?
Yes, we haven't been to Canada.And have none visa. how can i return to canada. it's definitely a mistake.
Hi, kush sharma, i got my RFV LETTER today.I send to webform, e-mail reply once a week, but got no reply. And saw a method, called"KAI"method, reply the original portal email and send to six email address blow.

My application is in Etobicoke IRCC.i send to that six address and received reply email with RFV LETTER from Calgary office in the same day.

Hi can you please help me as I am in similar situation. What exactly do I need to mention in response to P1 email and what to send another six emails? I am CEC outland applicant and received P1 instead of RFV email of PPR request
send them your situation and what you want(RFV email), send same email. reply the P1 address and CC to other address at the same email
Can you copy paste your email here hiding personal information. It would be great help. My agent is saying me to travel before 7 days of P1 and complete remaining process. I am on visitors visa and would end up paying lot. This is the only option that looks good right now.

We received your portal email in Jan 2024, we replied that we were not in Canada and had never been to Canada. Then got a reply-email mentioning to inform IRCC to continue the portal program when we return to Canada.
However, we need to explain our situation to you, we are OUTLAND APPLICATION, we have never been to Canada before and do not have any kind of Canadian visa, so we are unable to return to Canada. The whole situation makes us feel very confused and worried, we don't know whether we have been approved or not, and what will happen in the future, We hope you can understand and help us.
Since we are currently in ....., can we request if you can send us a PASSPORT REQUEST LETTER, RFV LETTER. so that we can get our visas issued in ..... and land in Canada later.
Or can you give us a LANDING VISA so that we can land in Canada and continue the portal process.
If you can give us a LANDING VISA, since we are expected to land in Canada before July 2024, can you give us a landing visa with a longer validity period, if the validity period is too short, we won't have enough time to prepare for our landing.
