IRCC PA (Outland Family Spousal Sponsor) Tracker Question

My husband the PA (Outland Family Spousal Sponsorship), has been trying everything possible to get his application to link to his GCKey. We have contacted IRCC technical help and got no where. We are entering everything exactly as it appears on the application and contact page (we have tried using commas, no commas, periods, no periods, all possible grammaical things). The only thing we can imagine is for some reason when he first logs into the IRCC applicaiton status under Client it says his name and then under it has "Sponsor", but he is the PA. When we click on his name and get the application details, everything is correct there.

Wondering for other PAs, when you log into your IRCC PA tracker, on your front page under your name does it say, Sponsor or PA?

How recently did you get your AoR? When my wife and I first got our AoR it took another couple of weeks before she was able to link her application to GCKey. In her online PR tracker, it has her name at the top of the page, and a section on the right side of the page that has my information as well as the sponsor. Is this what you might be seeing?

Thanks for the response! We got AoR Dec 19th, so I would be suprised if it was taking this long.

The page I am wondering about is the very first landing page when you log in, before you click your name to link to the full application details. I wish I could include a screen shot but I can't upload an image...
