IRCC new portal vs IRCC secure network?

Dear friends I am struggling to choose between IRCC new portal ad IRCC secure network for applying for my visitor (business) visa. I plan to attend the trade fair.
What is the difference between the two of them? Can I apply for a visitor (business) visa through the old secure network? I noticed that for each category only a 2 MB document upload possibility with the new portal. I think it is too little if you even compress it.

Please advise.

Many thanks,

Ulugbek

Both are same in terms of processing or outcome.

In terms of applying,
IRCC portal has some limitation in files, like 2MB max. size of file, only limited files can be attached etc.
But it has fields to enter US visa number etc if you have US visa.

GCKEY can help to attach as many files as you want.

In my personal opinion, if you have US visa or invitation go for IRCC
if you want to upload many misc. docs for explanation, go for gcKey.

Thank you so much for your answer, I really appreciate it. We have an invitation for the event with an event code however I have many documents to upload so I was thinking of going with GcKey.

Do you have experience with submitting the form imm5707e (family info)? I am having trouble with this form, the pdf does not allow me to sigh it and the validate button does not give any reaction.

Thanks for your advice.
