2 errors experienced, Error 20008 and 20009. Wew, when would this be resolved? Time is of the essence.

Everyone should register complaint on https://secure.cic.gc.ca/ClientContact/en/Technical under Website (broken links, pages not loading and other issues) option
which can help in raise this issue to IRCC and resolve this at the earliest
I just called IRCC and they just directed me to the same website for reporting a technical issue, which I did.
By the way, if you plan to report a technical issue, based on IRCC website: "If you don’t have an application number or a unique client identifier (UCI) number, enter 0000000 in the application number field and 1111111111 in the UCI field. "

I just called IRCC and they just directed me to the same website for reporting a technical issue, which I did.
By the way, if you plan to report a technical issue, based on IRCC website: "If you don’t have an application number or a unique client identifier (UCI) number, enter 0000000 in the application number field and 1111111111 in the UCI field. "
The problem is it really takes time for them to solve this issue. Time is ticking.
