Hello guys, Yesterday, I submitted a web form to IRCC New Delhi to give an update on my application. Today, I received a reply for my web form with a reply below.
They seem to working with updating medicals for everyone I think.

If you are enquiring about the status of your visa application or wish to withdraw your application, please use the online webform and ensure to add your application number.
Due to the impacts of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and to make sure that we can prioritize applications from people who meet the requirements to enter Canada, we cannot provide accurate processing times.
We are receiving large volumes of requests to update applications with a medical result. We appreciate your patience as we work through these cases who require their medicals to be associated to their file.
Please note that Designated Learning Institutions (DLIs) are continuing to offer all classes online.
If you have completed your biometrics and medicals as required, we understand that your classes may start shortly and you are anxious to have your application finalized, however please be patient and routinely check your online account for updates.
Once your application is finalized, IRCC will be in contact with you, until then please continue to verify the status of your application through your IRCC secure account to find out if any additional information has been requested.
