Try reapplying with an explanation letter.

It is not refused it is withdrawn and mine school trinity western university.

So how was it withdrawn? Reapply with letter of admission and include in SOP that you are taking a Masters with TWU. Private BC universities like UCW and TRU have seen this happening.

Today I also received similar letter saying I would need PAL, though I applied for MBA program(UCW).
Don't know what to do, I'm freaking out rn

You must be having MBA foundation
